Hotel Booking and Accessibility News

We are all excited to welcome you to Reconnect in Belfast and want to share some important updates about Accessibility and Hotels.

Firstly, the timeline for Hotel Booking is as follows:

From 29th September, bookings for people with access needs will open. This includes the 10 rooms in the hotel with wheelchair accessible bathrooms as well as other rooms in the hotel for people who need them for access reasons.

Please contact us on access@easterconbelfast.org by 9th October to ensure we have your details. If you didn’t receive the booking information on 24 September, please email access@easterconbelfast.org

The general opening of hotel booking for members will be Monday 14th October.

A further email will be sent with details on how to book the Hilton, and a link to our booking agent for other hotels with which we’ve agreed preferential rates.

Our access team has conducted an accessibility audit of the venues and we want to hear from you. Please read the document and let us know what additional information you need and we will update the document with the available information.
